| October 1964 | OISCA representative office established in Bangkok. | ||

| September 1965 | Japan-Philippines joint committee meeting on industrial development. | ||
| May 1966 | Following the first 7 member study group for agricultural development in India, several groups for development support are sent to India and the Philippines, initiating full scale development cooperation. | ||
| July 1966 | first "OISCA Day" in Tokyo. | ||
| September 1967 | Regular program for receiving trainees from overseas started. | ||
| December 1967 | Chubu-Nippon (Central Japan) Training Center constructed. | ||
| February-April 1968 | Nishi-Nippon (Western Japan) and Shikoku Training Centers successively constructed. | ||
| May 1969 | OISCA Industrial Development Body established as a Japanese non-profit foundation. | ||
| November 1970 | OISCA rescue operation for people suffering from a disaster in East Pakistan--groups dispatched for investigation and medical treatment in advance of help from the United Nations and Japanese and other government. |
