10th year of "International
Love Green Campaign"--OISCA dispatches groups of volunteers from Japan to
other Asian countries to plant trees, including volunteers to plant mangroves
in the Philippines. |

symposium on NGOs, "Asia Pacific Development Conference" convenes in Okinawa
affirming harmony between environment and development and promoting tripartite
