  September 1991 Commemorating OISCA's 30th anniversary, "Asia Pacific NGO Conference on Environment and Development" adopts "Fukuoka Declaration" to present at UN Conference on Environment and Development; OISCA holds "Ten Thousand People's Convention to Think About Mother Earth" in Fukuoka, announces "Children's Forest Program" and launches full-scale start of the program.  
November 1991 OISCA awarded Special Presidential Citation by the President of the Philippines, for its contribution to development and training youth in the Philippines over many years.  
  January 1992 Training Center renewed in Bogor, Indonesia.  
March 1992 Agreement with the Philippine government aims at promoting "Children's Forest Program" in that country.  
May 1992 Group of 21 representatives travels to the "Earth Summit" in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.  
  August 1992 Thailand Agricultural Training Center in Lamphun opens.  
April 1993 OISCA Brasil, the first base in Latin America, opens.  
  June 1993 OISCA awarded "UN Earth Summit Award for Sustainable Development".  
  November 1993 OISCA Washington DC Office opened.  
December 1993 OISCA Uruguay established.  
  March 1994 First OISCA/Vietnam Skill Training Course started.  
July 1994 OISCA EU Office opened in Rome.  
December 1994 Joint development study started with UN in Myanmar.  
July 1995 OISCA reclassified to Category I (General) consultative status of the UN Economic and Social Council.  
January 1996 Myanmar-OISCA Basic Agreement signed.

July 1996 Signed Mutual Cooperation Agreement with Inter-American Development Bank.

  October 1996 Dr. Yoshiko Nakano, OISCA President awarded an Honorable Decoration by Fijian President Kamisese Mara.  
November 1996 KEIDANREN's Nature Conservation Foundation Mission visited OISCA Projects in Myanmar and Philippines.  
July 1997 OISCA Myanmar Agro-Forestry Training Center opened.  
  August 1997 The 10th Anniversary of OISCA Rabaul Training Center held.  
August 1997 OISCA Fiji Chapter established.  
November 1997 Dr. Yoshiko Nakano, OISCA President awarded by the Japanese Emperor Medal with a Blue Ribbon.  
March 1998 Nakano Education Foundation celebrated 30th Anniversary.  
April 1998 Organized Seminar on Entrepreneurship in Malaysia.  
  September 1998 OISCA Environment ISO Group established.  
  October 1998 OISCA Shikoku Training Center cerebrated its 30th Anniversary.  
  November 1998 Nature Conservation Extension Center inaugurated in Myanmar.  
  November 1998 "Environmental Education Project in Indonesia" of US-Japan Common Agenda inaugurated.  
  July 1999 OISCA College (Hong Kong) and Shanghai Agricultural College entered into an agreement to establish Shanghai OISCA International University.  
  July 1999 OISCA Silk Reeling Center opened in Bago, Philippines.  
  July 1999 Dr. Yoshiko Nakano, OISCA President awarded Panglima Jasa Negara (P.J.N.) with the title of Datuk by the Malaysian King.  
  October 1999 OISCA awarded the First Prize in the Thailand Mangrove Tree Planting Project Contest.  
  October 1999 OISCA Azerbaijan Branch approved in the Board of Directors Meeting.  
  December 1999 MOU on human resource development in MERCOSUR countries singed between Inter-American Development Bank in Brasil and OISCA.  
  March 2000 OISCA Thailand registered in the Thailand Government.  
  April 2000 Agricultural Forestry Maka-masa Festival 2000 held in the OISCA OTTAA reforestation project site in Nueva Vizcaya, Philippines.  
  June 2000 OISCA undertake a part of the United Nations Regional Network Program for two years.  
  June 2000 OISCA honored prestigious Vietnamese Medal by Vietnam Youth Federation of the Vietnamese Government, in recognition of the vocational training for youth.  
  June 2000 OTTAA and JICA came to an agreement that OTTAA undertakes the sericulture project in Negros Island, Philippines, under JICA/NGO Partnership project.  
  July 2000 OISCA Peru Chapter established.  
  August 2000 OISCA awarded Presidential Citation by the President of the Philippines, for its contribution to human resource development and protection of the environment such as Children's Forest Program in the Philippines for many years.  
  October 2000 OISCA Cambodia Branch approved in the Board of Directors Meeting.  
  December 2000 OISCA took a major role in establishing an NGO network, Japan Association of NGOs for Agriculture and Rural Development (JANARD)
