OISCA East Timor Office

East Timor got its independence on May 20, 2002. Before then, OISCA used to have agricultural training programs, but it's been ceased owing to civil wars occurred in the late '90's. After the independence, OISCA stated the agricultural training programs again based in Liquica, inviting youths from defferent parts of the country. Many things to do lie ahead in OISCA East Timor.
