OISCA-OTTAA Canlaon Training Center

Director Carrel Caduhada has consistently pursued high productivity at the training center. In addition to producing quality rice, the director and his staff look after two hectares of training farm, comprised of rice fields, field crops, and others. The trainees learn vegetable and rice cultivation, and home economics. The Center also promotes sericulture development and runs a silkworm rearing house and a silkworm nursery building. Additionally, the Center provides technical guidance in sericulture to the local community, such as the expansion of mulberry plantation.
